What does a typical day look like?
Each day, you'll visit multiple residential and possibly commercial properties to clean up pet waste from outdoor areas. You'll use company-provided tools and sanitizing products to ensure each yard is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
What kind of training will I receive?
New hires undergo a comprehensive training program covering proper waste removal techniques, customer service expectations, and safety protocols, including how to safely handle and dispose of pet waste.
Will I be expected to work in all weather conditions?
Yes, the job operates in all weather conditions, except in extreme or unsafe weather. Appropriate gear and guidance on working safely in various weather conditions will be provided.

How does the company handle difficult clients or complaints?
We take client & employee satisfaction seriously and never want a bad outcome. If a customer ever harasses, threatens, or gets aggressive with you, they will be removed from our roster. If YOU ever harass, threaten, or get aggressive with customers or staff, you will be removed from the team.
Is there a uniform or dress code?
Yes, but it's not too tough. we provide branded apparel that goes over your current outfit that must be worn during work hours to promote a professional image. We also require sturdy, closed-toe shoes and recommend weather-appropriate outerwear.
